Furnished bedrooms for rent

The house:  This is a 4-bedroom home in a gated community. My parents who are retired bought this as a second home and come to visit me 2x during year.  We have 2 furnished bedrooms with a queen bed, desk and spacious closet. We rent each room for $800/ month all utilities included. The home is in a gated-community that has a clubhouse equipped with a gym and pool.

Who we are: We are a Christian family. Some of us are vegetarian. We are quiet, clean and organized. We have hosted traveling nurses as tenants because I’m also a nurse and I admire the responsibility and careful behavior of nurses.

Shared living Expectations: No drinking, smoking or overnight guests. No drug use of any kind. No loud music or TV at any time.

Rights and responsibilities: All communication should be done by email. Please abstain of foul language. Any foul language or screaming will not be tolerated. You will have access to the kitchen and you will have your own fridge in your room. You will have your own set of plates and some small appliances in your bedroom (like a hotel room). You’re responsible for keeping your room clean and washing any dishes you may use.
